This is the most simple but delicious fall dinner idea I have ever come up with.  It takes two second to get everything done and everyone in my family really enjoyed the meal.  Pork chops with green beans and homemade mashed potatoes.  Check it out.

The best part about the meal was the stuffed pork chops.  All you need to do is cut a small incision through the side of each piece.  Take a slice of provolone cheese and break it into three pieces and stuff the pork chop.  I liked breaking it up so that you can fit it into the pork chop and its more evenly distributed.  I sprinkled the top with a paprika/red pepper mix. Lay them on the pan and cook them at 400 degrees for about 25-30 minutes.

For the potatoes, wash and peel them.  Once that's done, put them in the microwave for 10 minutes (in two 5 minute increments) and cook them almost completely.

Use onion and garlic to your own taste.  I don't like to tell people what to use, because to each his own.  I used this much for the amount of potatoes that I was cooking and the taste was delicious.

In my Nutribullet, I combined the onions and garlic with a little olive oil and whizzed it together.  This made a delicious paste that I added to the mashed potatoes once they were done cooking in the microwave.  I combined everything together in a pot over the stove with 1/2 cup of milk and half a stick of butter.  Mmmmm.
