Kale chips are everything.  Let's just be honest.  I never thought I would be a fan, but I definitely am and they are so simple to make.  You get almost the same crunch as you do with regular potato chips and it's much healthier.  I've even purchased them already made before and still think that the ones I make are better.  Here's what I do.

This huge bag of kale is from Stop and Shop and I think it was only $3.99. Seeing it in the store was my inspiration for making the kale chips to begin with.

All you need to do is toss the kale chips in a bowl with olive oil to evenly coat them.  Once you're done, add the spices you'd like to and toss the kale again in the bowl.  Once the spices are evenly coated and each leaf of kale has olive oil on it, spread it on the baking sheet.  Bake for about 10-15 minutes at 400 degrees.
