Oooooooh yes.  Christmas is coming.  I could not be more excited.  I am no different, I always get excited about the holiday but for a plethora of different reasons.  One of those reasons?  Baking.  Today we're talking about a very simple recipe, one that only takes four different ingredients.  Check out these little morsels of deliciousness, these Peanut Butter Cookies.

I based my cookies off of this recipe, but I doubled it.  Pictured are double the ingredients.  What I forgot to add in the picture (mainly because I added them in at the last second, was the sprinkles). I ended up making the first batch with the sprinkles and the second batch with chocolate chips on top.

I mixed all of the ingredients together at once in a bowl.

I rolled the dough into balls, used a fork to indent them on the top and sprinkled them with a Christmas mix.  So adorable.

How adorable and delicious do these look?  I baked them at 350 degrees for about 10-12 minutes and voila!  So delicious, simple and festive.  Planning on recreating them?  Tweet me pictures!
